On June 8th, 2009, a delegation of fifteen people from Tampere of Finland visited Guangzhou. Deputy Director-General Wang Fuchun from Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government gave the delegation warmly reception and banquet. The delegation led by Mr. Jukka Lahtinen and Ms. Tuija Majuri, Education Manager from the Institute for Extension Studies at the University of Tampere.
