On June 10th, Mr. Liu Baochun, deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government met with Ms. Zhang Yongqing, director of external affairs department of Colgate-Palmolive (China) Co. Ltd in Guangzhou Municipal Government. Mr. Liu first introduced the main duties of Foreign Affairs Office, and he also gave his suggestions to Colgate-Palmolive on how to cooperate well with government in Guangzhou.
