At the invitation of the Kuwait Consulate General in Guangzhou, Mr. Chen Mingde, Vice Mayor of Guangzhou, attended a reception celebrating the 49th Anniversary of National Day of the State of Kuwait on February 26th, 2010.  Director General Li Ming and Vice Counsel Deng Rongming of Guangzhou Foreign Affairs Office were also present at the celebration.
